Which mall or shopping district has the best petites sections in Metro detroit?

I'm an east coast transplant to the Ann Arbor area. I went to the mall and was surprised at the ridiculously small petites sections in the department stores like Macy's or the more "boutique" stores like Ann Taylor. What's the go to shopping area in the Detroit metro area for a petite person? I'm looking for a normal modern clothes, preferably without elastic waistbands.
