My bro is walkin for som tim den peeing den again nd again he does dis upto 10-15 times?

is it good for him....he wastes 2-3hrs in d early mornin nd durin holidays he extends it 2 5hrs.he is also wearin loose clothes he is not speakin tat time ...if asked he says he ll not pee properly if he speaks.....pls help me ....i need 2 help my bro
