Talk to other associates and let them know your availability to work in case they need anyone to work for them. Give them your contact info so they can let you know ahead of time. Also, go to in-site either from home or from the register and pick up any open shifts you can. That way you will get more hours. I would also call human resources and ask them about your schedule. You could also ask if they have any part time openings if you are interested in it. You'll get better hours, a schedule ahead of time, and guaranteed at least 12 hours/week.
