Sudden pain durin sex when penis was put up more?

yesterday me and my partner were havin sex and as he put the penis up further than its ever been i got a sudden pain that felt like someone stabbed me i couldnt stand up for ages , and after i felt sick and weak and light headed,! anyone know what this could be , we are both really worried! please help
