How to change durin the summer of 8th and 9th grade?

Ok so this is my description:s kinda bushy eyebrows, no make up, acne, side swept bangs. Well by my description I'm sorda ugly. My sister tells me that all the time, and once she said if you just plucked your eyebrows and put make up on you'd be beautiful.
