What the hellis wrong with her?

Yo guys I need ur opinion on my friend. I started cutting before my friend and she accidently saw them. So she came to school the next day told me she cuts herself she shows me. There were no old scars all new. Then she tells EVERYONE literally she is a ******* cutter!!! Soon enough she's called in to the guidence counsler and soon they know she cuts. So she's in there alll the time! So a couple weeks later she comes a tells me she's been raped suprisingly after one of my other friends told us she was raped. She also tells me her dad isn't her real dad and that it says on her birth certificate that her dad isn't her real dad. So why would it say that if her mom wants to keep the fact that she cheated on him durin her pregnancy? Apparently they are drug addicts, and drug dealers they grow pot in their back yard, and my friend has done drugs before. So tell me what you think of her because honestly I don't know what to beleive anymore.
