What do I do if my female beta fish is full of eggs, but the male won't rebuilt his bubble nest?

I have a female beta, and a male beta. I want to mate them. The male has already built 2 bubble nest, but I had to clean the tank, and now he hasn't started rebuilding it yet. The female is full of eggs, and looks like she is about to pop. Will she wait till he builds the nest so that I can mate them?
