Im 15 nd i wanna lose weight?

I want 2 lose a good amount of weight durin the summer so i can look better wen i return to skool..so whts a rlly good fast working diet?..like wht do i eat nd wht dont i eat..also i excersise everyday like biking(bmx) skate basketball nd stuff like tht
