How do I keep my turtles whom I keep outside warm without electricity?

So I decided to move my turtles to a much bigger pond outside the house and I live in South California and even then at night temperatures are around 60-70. So I was wondering how should I try keeping them warm without electricty? I'm talking about night and not the day because durin the day temperatures are pretty hot.
