Does MAC counters in MACY'S & Nordstrom sell MAC eyeshadows in refills/pan forms & do they sell MAC palettes?

Yes, MAC counters in Nordstrom sells MAC shadows in pan forms, but I'm not sure about MACY'S. And no they do not sells MAC palettes, because you are only able to get the palettes in actual MAC stores. But I think you can get the quads though.
