Bodybuilding tips for a skinny 16 year old?
ur wuite tall for a 16 year old, im nearly 17 and im 5'10.5 , just eat good, (make sure ur bmi is right) and do alot of pressups, chin ups(pull ups from a bar), crunches, sit ups and running.
