Am I pregnant!!!?? Im only 17!! Help me!!?

So I piised a few pills durin gthe end of my birth control pack and I got my period from it, i finished taking the pills of course and I got my regular period on time after i finished the rest of the pills. Then i started my new pack and took a few out of there and then my boyfriend and i broke up so i went off the birth control. Now when we have sex we go unprotected but he never cums in me. After the break up and after i stopped taking the pills we had unprotected sex 3 times but he never came in me. Im just wondering what percent of it is possible that i could be pregnant?
